Hi, I’m Debbie Lehr-Lee, your College Gameplan Life Coach. I’m here to help both parents and students who are feeling overwhelmed and anxious about the whole college experience. As a first-generation college student myself, a mother of 3 college grads and now an experienced coach for high school students, college students, and their parents, I have gone through and seen all of the nerve-racking challenges that come with just the freshman year of college alone: how to make great friends, the right time management, proper study skills, good student health and bad roommate issues — these are all difficulties that you needn’t face by yourselves. College is part of the key to success, yes, but it’s also a fantastic life experience that I want you to be able to savor for the great years of your post-college career.
